Yes, audio guides are included in the museum’s admission price.

No, it is not possible to purchase tickets online. You can purchase tickets at the museum entrance, at the time of your choosing.
No. Reservations are only required for groups (of 20 or more people).
Yes, the D-Day Museum has a shop that you can visit at the end of your tour. You may also access the shop without purchasing a ticket.
Yes, the D-Day Museum is accessible for wheelchair users. Lifts are available for accessing the first floor.
The D-Day Museum is accessible for persons with reduced mobility. The museum is also equipped with podotactile signage, a magnetic loop for the hearing impaired, and LSF integration in audio guides.
Wheelchairs are available for loan, as required.
No, pushchairs are not allowed in the museum. Lockers are available for you to store your pushchairs. You may borrow baby carriers at the museum entrance.
Yes, a change table is available in the women’s restroom.
Yes. The audio guide is specially adapted for children aged 6-12 and the animated models of the artificial harbour are fun and educational.
Small dogs, if carried in the arms or in a bag, are permitted in the museum.
Yes, photography is permitted within the D-Day Museum. However, we request that you do not use a flash.
